Refund & Credit Policy

Credit Repair Outsourcing Services

For Outsourcing Partners & Business Clients Only — Not a Consumer-Facing Document

1. Refund & Credit Policy

This Refund & Credit Policy establishes the terms and conditions under which 123CreditFree provides credit repair outsourcing dispute services to enrolled outsourcing partners, credit repair companies, mortgage brokers, and business clients.

123CreditFree operates solely as a third-party administrative outsourcing provider. All dispute operations are executed utilizing proprietary dispute frameworks and statutory workflows under applicable federal laws. This policy outlines our multi-round dispute handling, service credit balances, and the explicit criteria governing eligibility for service credit reissuance.

2. How the 6-Round Program Works

Upon enrollment of a client file by an outsourcing partner, 123CreditFree initiates an intensive, systematic six-round dispute protocol designed to identify and challenge inaccurate, misleading, or unverifiable negative reporting across all three major credit repositories (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) and data furnishers:

  • Sequential Investigation Cycles: Each individual dispute round consists of a targeted dispute generation and transmission phase, followed by the statutory 30-to-45-day investigation period permitted to credit bureaus and creditors.
  • Audit & Escalation: Upon the conclusion of each round, updated credit reports and bureau responses are audited to determine item status (deleted, updated, verified, or unresponded) before engineering the subsequent round's escalation strategy.
  • Structured Program Scope: The standard outsourcing program encompasses up to six progressive rounds of dispute actions tailored specifically to the file's remaining derogatory entries.

3. Round 1 to Round 6 Requirement

Credit repair is an incremental administrative process requiring systematic progression through all dispute phases:

Round 1 → Round 2 → Round 3 → Round 4 → Round 5 → Round 6

To qualify for any service credit return under this policy, a client file must sequentially and continuously complete all six (6) full rounds from Round 1 through Round 6 without interruption. Each round provides distinct legal leverage and data points; premature cancellation, mid-program pauses, or incomplete cycles void eligibility under this policy.

4. When You Receive 3 Credits Back

An outsourcing partner account will be issued exactly three (3) service credits back into their partner dashboard when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • The client file has completed all six (6) consecutive dispute rounds (Round 1 through Round 6) in full.
  • Zero (0) qualifying deletions were obtained across all three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) across the entirety of the 6-round program.
  • Continuous, active 3-bureau credit monitoring credentials remained connected and accessible throughout all six rounds without lapse.
  • All client bureau response correspondence and updated report requests were submitted within the mandatory timeframes.
  • The partner submits a formal Eligibility Review request within thirty (30) days following the official completion date of Round 6.

5. When You Do Not Receive 3 Credits Back

An outsourcing partner account will not receive service credits back if any of the following circumstances occur:

  • At least one (1) qualifying deletion was achieved across any of the three credit bureaus during any stage of Round 1 through Round 6.
  • The client file did not complete all six rounds (e.g., cancelled, paused, placed on hold, or withdrawn prior to the finalization of Round 6).
  • Credit monitoring access lapsed, expired, was suspended for non-payment, or had credentials altered without prompt notification, hindering scheduled report audits.
  • The partner or client failed to provide updated credit bureau letters, result reports, or identity documentation necessary to execute subsequent dispute rounds.
  • New negative entries, derogatory marks, collections, late payments, or public records were incurred by the client during active dispute rounds.
  • The partner account is in default or terminated the business arrangement prior to the completion of the 6-round lifecycle.

6. What Counts as a Qualifying Deletion

A qualifying deletion represents the fulfillment of our dispute service deliverables and is defined as:

  • Bureau Item Removal: The verified removal or permanent deletion of any disputed derogatory account, collection, charge-off, repossession, inquiry, late payment notation, tax lien, or public record from at least one (1) credit repository (Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion) that was present on the initial baseline credit audit report.
  • Account Status Correction: The formal correction or positive adjustment of a delinquent account status to "Paid as Agreed", "Current", or an balance correction to $0 resulting from our dispute interventions.
  • Single Bureau Deletion Standard: Deletion of an item from even a single credit bureau constitutes a qualifying deletion under this policy, even if that same item continues to appear on one or both of the remaining bureaus.

7. Simple Examples

The table below provides clear, practical examples illustrating how the 3-credit return policy is applied across common outsourcing scenarios:

Scenario Rounds Completed Deletions Achieved Eligible for Credit Back? Result / Credits Returned
Scenario A Completed Round 1 to Round 6 0 Deletions across all 3 bureaus Yes 3 Credits Returned to partner balance
Scenario B Completed Round 1 to Round 6 1 Deletion on Equifax (0 on Experian, 0 on TransUnion) No 0 Credits Returned (Qualifying deletion achieved)
Scenario C Completed Rounds 1 through 3 only (Cancelled before Round 4) 0 Deletions No 0 Credits Returned (Did not complete 6 rounds)
Scenario D Completed Round 1 to Round 6 4 Deletions across credit bureaus No 0 Credits Returned (Successful dispute outcomes)
Scenario E Completed 6 rounds, but credit monitoring inactive in Rounds 3 & 4 0 Deletions No 0 Credits Returned (Monitoring requirement lapsed)

8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure dispute efficacy and preserve eligibility under this policy, outsourcing partners must maintain strict adherence to client account standards:

  • Continuous 3-Bureau Monitoring: Maintain an active subscription with an approved 3-bureau credit monitoring service without interruption from initial onboarding through Round 6 completion.
  • Immediate Credential Updates: Furnish revised login credentials or two-factor authentication access within forty-eight (48) hours of any modification or lock-out event.
  • Expedited Mail Forwarding: Forward or upload all physical credit bureau dispute results, response letters, and creditor notices within five (5) business days of client receipt.
  • Credit Preservation: Ensure the end-client does not apply for new lines of credit, incur new inquiries, accrue past-due balances, or permit accounts to go into collection while active in the program.

9. No Guaranteed Credit Results

In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA, 15 U.S.C. § 1679) and related regulatory frameworks, 123CreditFree does not promise, warrant, or guarantee any specific credit score increase, score improvement timeline, or the guaranteed deletion of any accurate, complete, and verifiable credit reporting entry.

Investigation decisions and record updates rest exclusively within the discretion of credit bureaus and individual data furnishers. The provision of 3 service credits back is a commercial B2B performance standard and does not constitute a consumer guarantee or financial warranty.

10. Service Credits vs. Cash Refund

All remedies, adjustments, and returns under this policy are strictly executed as 123CreditFree platform service credits deposited to the partner's account balance:

  • No Cash Refunds: Under no circumstances will cash refunds, wire reimbursements, checks, ACH returns, or credit card chargebacks be authorized or issued.
  • Non-Transferable: Service credits carry no cash redemption value, cannot be converted to fiat currency, and cannot be transferred or assigned to other accounts or entities.
  • Platform Usage Only: Reissued service credits may only be utilized toward future credit repair dispute outsourcing processing with 123CreditFree.

11. Eligibility Review

To claim service credits under this policy upon program conclusion:

  • Filing Window: The outsourcing partner must submit an Eligibility Review request via the partner support portal within thirty (30) calendar days from the completion date of Round 6.
  • Administrative Audit: 123CreditFree operations will audit the initial baseline credit audit against final post-Round 6 bureau data to verify that all 6 rounds were processed consecutively and that zero qualifying deletions occurred.
  • Credit Reissuance Timeline: Verified audits are completed within five (5) to seven (7) business days, with approved service credits reflected immediately in the partner's available credit balance.

12. Final Terms

123CreditFree reserves the right to review, update, or amend the terms of this Refund & Credit Policy at its discretion. Any revisions become effective upon publication to the partner resource portal.

Continued utilization of 123CreditFree dispute processing services, portal access, or submission of client files constitutes full agreement with and acceptance of this policy and our overarching Partner Master Services Agreement.
