Standard Client Refund & Service Credit Policy

About This Policy

This policy explains how our refund and additional free-service benefit works when you enroll in 123CreditFree's dispute processing service. We want you to understand exactly how it works before you start, so here it is in plain language.

How the Program Works

When you enroll with 123CreditFree, you can receive up to 6 dispute rounds. This initial program — Round 1 through Round 6 — generally covers about 6 months of dispute processing. Each round is part of your normal service.

You'll need to complete the full 6-round program before you can be considered for the 3 additional free rounds described below.

3 Additional Free Rounds

If you complete all 6 initial rounds and no qualifying deletion happens during those first 6 rounds, you may receive 3 additional dispute rounds with no processing fee.

This benefit is a service credit, not a cash refund. You won't be charged another processing fee for those 3 extra rounds. You'll still be responsible for certain third-party costs, though, including:

  • Credit report costs, where applicable
  • LetterStream mailing/postage charges
  • Other applicable third-party mailing costs, if any

The idea is simple: if you complete the program and nothing qualifying gets deleted along the way, we give you three more rounds of work without charging you again for our part of it.

What Counts as a Qualifying Deletion

A qualifying deletion means that during Round 1 through Round 6, one of the following gets deleted from your credit report:

  • An account
  • A public record
  • An inquiry

If any of these gets deleted at any point during your first 6 rounds, you won't qualify for the 3 additional free rounds. For example, if an account is deleted during Round 3, a public record during Round 5, or an inquiry during Round 2 — in any of those cases, the 3 free rounds no longer apply.

Cancelling Before Round 6

You need to complete all 6 initial rounds to qualify for the 3 additional free rounds. If you cancel before Round 6 is finished, you won't qualify for those extra rounds, and cancelling early doesn't create a refund or free rounds on its own. The additional benefit only becomes available once the full 6-round program is complete and the requirements above are met.

This Isn't a Cash Refund

To be clear: the benefit under this policy is 3 additional dispute rounds at no processing fee — it isn't money back. It's based entirely on finishing the initial 6 rounds and having no qualifying deletion happen along the way.

Examples

Example 1 — No Qualifying Deletion

You complete Round 1 through Round 6, and nothing qualifying gets deleted during that time.

Result: You qualify for 3 additional dispute rounds at no processing fee. You're still responsible for any applicable credit report and LetterStream mailing charges.

Example 2 — Qualifying Deletion

An account is deleted during Round 3.

Result: You don't qualify for the 3 additional free rounds.

Example 3 — Early Cancellation

You cancel after Round 4, before completing Round 6.

Result: You don't qualify for the 3 additional free rounds or a refund under this benefit.

What You're Still Responsible For

Even when you qualify for the 3 free rounds, you're still responsible for applicable third-party costs, such as credit report costs and LetterStream mailing/postage charges. The 3 free rounds waive our processing fee only — they don't cover third-party costs.

No Guaranteed Credit Results

123CreditFree doesn't guarantee a specific credit score increase, or the deletion of any particular account, public record, or inquiry. This service-credit benefit is based on the program rules described above — completing 6 rounds and having no qualifying deletion — not on any guaranteed credit outcome.
